So I was looking to buy the specif adventure dead in thay from tales of the yawning portal and I noticed when I went to buy that adventure you can't pay with paypal but when you try to buy the bundle you can pay with paypal is this a bug or something?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Grogmonster. We discovered that addons didn't have the PayPal payment option enabled. This should be working now.
