Computer Issues (help!)

Hey guys. So, m y compute has been working all day, but in the passed few hours more and more of my apps and drivers seem to be not responding. I was hoping you guys (specifically Gregory) might be able to give me a clue as to what to do? Currently, the issue I keep having is similar as last week. I get a message that reads "This App can't be activated by the built-in administrator". Earlier today while I was working on the game, my audio driver seemed to quit out on me, and now it isn't picking up any device I plug in, including my headset and mic. As it stands, I have my laptop speakers working, but not even the built in mic is picking up sound.  I've been reading online, but to no avail. Sorry for the short notice, but I took a nap and then got back on my laptop and noticed I'd lost even more functionality. Any help is appreciated!
