Uploaded art in gallery will not delete

I was uploading art I had purchased through the roll20 site and my computer crashed during the upload process.  Now I do not have room to upload the art as their would be duplicates (without duplicates there would be enough room).  However when I go to my art gallery and delete art it does not really delete.  I saw the select all option and that does not seem to work any better.  Is there any way to force all the art in my gallery to be deleted?

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
