[3.5] Ability Scores (and perhaps other details) not saving to Character Sheets

Whilst attempting to set up a character sheet for one of my players during our game, we found that his ability scores were not being saved on his sheet. Every time he would fill in the Abilities and Attributes tab, they would reflect properly when switched back to the Character Sheet tab. But then upon closing out the sheet and reopening it, it would not save what previous edits had been made.  I'm using Chrome, as is he. I've attempted editing his sheets with the same results. No browser extensions that should be interfering with Roll20. It's 3.5e, if that's relevant in any way. Any help or guidance on the matter would be really helpful. I'm pretty familiar with the idea that the most common source of error is between the chair and keyboard, but if it's a simple matter of me doing something wrong, I'd like to know how to avoid it in the future. Cheers in advance.
I would try deleting the ability scores from the attributes and abilities tab and then enter the stats on the character sheet tab. There may be something interfering with the sheet workers and hopefully removing the scores will allow it to reset itself and work properly. If that doesn't work, try creating a new character and see if the problem persists.
I do know if two people are editing a sheet at the same time it can cause issues, especially if you are switching tabs.

Hey, Sqozilla. Which sheet are you using?

While my mouse hovers over what should be the entry field on the character sheet, it shows the universal "NO" symbol. The player and I are the only ones who had access to editing the sheet, and he only brought it to my attention (spurring me to attempt to make an edit) after several failed attempts. Is this occuring with every sheet in the game, or just the one?

Be sure to enter your ability scores in the Base column. The left-most column with the No symbol is an autocalculated field.
