Can someone please look if I've added my character's skills correctly?

Hello to whoever is reading this topic, I am very new to creating a character and I would like to know if I made my character correctly. I read the PHB and some videos on Youtube on how to make a character but I just want to make sure if I did it properly so if I played in a game next time I wouldn't be a burden to the DM if I've made my character wrong. So here are the stats of my Human Bard using the 27-point buy system Str: 11 (+0) Dex: 15 (+2) Cons: 13 (+1) Int: 11 (+0) Wis: 12 (+1) Chr: 16 (+3) As a Bard I have a proficiency bonus of +2 and I am proficient in Dex and Chr. Saving throws 0 Str +4 Dex +1 Cons 0 Int +1 Wis +5 Chr Skills (I picked the three skills that my class apparently can pick on which are: Medicine, Performance, and Persuasion) I have +0 mods on my STR and INT skills           +1's on my WIS skills           +2's on my DEX skills           +3's on my CHR skills Since I chose Medicine, I added +2 on it and my skill on Medicine is now +3. Same goes for my Performance and Persuasion which are now +5 Did I do my stats right or is there a problem on adding anything here? Thank you for taking your time on reading my forum post :)
A Dev will come along and let you know to take this to /r dnd, but it looks good for the most part. You need to pick a background, and that will likely give you a couple more skills a tool set and perhaps a language.

Thank you for replying and if you mean by background he is an Entertainer but more on being an instrumentalist. And also...I apologize if I posted this on the wrong forum so um can you tell me how to get to /r dnd so I can post this there. That looks like a chat command to me.

Its just a reddit channel.  /r/DnD Also, by being an Entertainer you get proficiency in Acrobatics and Performance. Which means that you can pick another skill to become proficient in.
