Character Sheets Disappeared

Within my game 'The Taint of Orcus' all my character sheets appear to have disappeared. I was using the character vault to transfer two character sheets "Deathlock Wight" and 'Wraith" from my other game 'Tales of the Yawning Portal' into the 'Taint of Orcus' game and the next time I joined the 'Taint of Orcus' game all my character sheets apart from the 'Wraith' were missing and still are. I am accessing the game via Chrome and have attempted to clear my cache, as far as I am aware there should be no anti-virus interfering and I have no add-ons/extensions within this game. Hi Xander, Looking at 'The Taint of Orcus', I'm seeing 971 Archived entries. Are your missing characters in that archive?
Hi Kristin Thank you for replying, the character sheets were not archived prior to disappearing. The majority were contained within the subfolders in the 'Monster Manual' folder.

Okay. Thanks for clarifying. I'll ask the Devs to see if they can look at the game on our backend to see if they can figure out what's amiss.

We looked into your game's data on Firebase and something about your character vault imports corrupted your Journal tab, which is why your bestiary got overwritten. We were able to clear the corruption from your journal so it is now usable again. We apologize for the inconvenience of losing this data has caused. This is a really unprecedented situation, so we want to do further research into this. Do you recall which game these characters were exported from? If so, can you share the name of the game where these came from? If you're willing, could you create a new game, add a couple of dummy characters and then import those two particular characters from the vault that caused this issue? That way we can find out if this bug can be reproduced and it will tell us if the problem was due to an element of these particular character imports or something with the Character Vault. We want to make sure this doesn't happen again to you or to anyone else using the Character Vault.
