Error with 5th Edition OGL Character sheet

My players noticed an issue with some of their ability checks on their character sheet. When they click on an ability check, the results shown will not include the characters proficiency bonus (when it should be applied), and it does not include any stat modifiers either. in other words it is only showing two straight d20 rolls. The abilities that are not working vary from player to player. With some players having no errors, some only having 1 ability, and some with multiple (almost a majority) errors. Am I the only person with this error? If not, how can I fix it? If so, is there anything I can do besides switching to the normal Community Contributed character sheet. I really like the formatting of the OGL sheet, and would prefer not switching sheet formats. I use google chrome for roll20. I am not sure what browser my players use.
This error typically occurs when changing from another character sheet to the 5e OGL character sheet. The recommended way to fix it is to remove all of the attributes for the skills for the character as well as the proficiency bonus and let the character sheet reset itself. Just make sure that you remember the individual stats.
Cool thanks. I wasn't able to make it reset. but re-making the character sheet seemed to work. thanks!
