Account Storage Questions

What counts against the storage for my account? Does each page in a campaign count against it? What about the journal items (if I have a handout that is just text and no images does this count against it)? What happens if I downgrade my account and I am over the storage limit? I have something like 119 MB and was thinking about downgrading from Plus to Base (not playing as much these days). What happens to the 19 MB that is over the limit? Obviously I wouldn't be able to add any more content if I downgraded. 

Images that you upload to your library are the only things that count against your upload limit. (Note that some actions will automatically upload the image, such as selecting an avatar for a character from your computer.) If you downgrade, you can't add more images, but your existing images are still available.
