Stuck on loading screen

I'm currently trying to load my maps that I made for a dungeon crawl and it currently on the loading screen with no number and no chat window which is normally on there when it loads in for me. I've been using Microsoft edge and its worked just fine in the past. I've also been using Microsoft windows 10 I have no antivirus that blocks this website None of my settings are preventing me from coming on the website. this started happening on 4/13/17 at about 8:00 pm if that helps.  

The only browsers that Roll20 supports are the latest, non-beta, versions of Firefox and Chrome. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
