Forum notification takes you to empty page

Hi. When a forum has reached 51 posts, like the forum for a game I'm running, I get a notification. When you click this notification it takes you to page 2 of the forum, empty and disorientating, but the post that generated this notification is on page 1. A minor issue.

This is definitely one of our long standing UX issues. This can happen here on the forums when you post and there's a hangup with pagination. Fortunately we're hiring a developer specifically for UI and UX cleanup, so we can handle some of these longstanding bugs.
