Immediate need for one or two players for an Ars Magica game. Games are Thursdays at 7pm MST.  We play with voice via Discord. Be a mature level-headed individual.  This game is as part of a group of GMs who run uncommon systems for each other, but this is sort of a breakaway game as the system is very particular and we currently have 2.5 players. We were fine with three players but work has kept one player busy and two is much different than three.  None of the players have played before (which is sort of the point of the group anyway) so I'd be happy to teach the system to new players; however, because this is for a more immediate need I expect some previous interest in the system. As I mentioned, its a particular system and isn't for everyone. Please reply or PM me directly for more information.
Given that you mentioned your group rotates systems - how long will this run? I'm a veteran Ars Magica player (and GM), and both by system particulars and personal preferences prefer long-running campaigns. Anything under half a year or so is probably not my cup of tea. Note, that running the game for brand new players will lead to a lot of challenges during the setup, since you'll probably need to create the covenant from scratch (as they would not know where to start looking for the things that matter to drive a story). And there's the whole "if you're not at least wishing you were a history major..." conundrum - the game's definitely aimed at a healthy dose of such interest in the players! If I haven't scared you off, I'm happy to talk particulars. Send me a message, if you think I can help.
