Player controllable token handouts

Many different games use templates for areas of effect, whether magic spells, explosions or other phenomena. Currently for players to use tokens to show the area they wish to affect the GM needs to find the correct token, drag it onto the map, size it correctly and then give the player the power to move it. Having a handout variant that allows specifying a token and it's size and subsequently giving players control over it so they can drag and drop it onto the map themselves would allow greater power and versatility to players with area effect abilities/equipment.
