Can't upload a specific image

Scanned 4 images, was able to upload 3 but on the 4th one the progress bar just sits idle. Have tried renaming the image, editing the image, reloading the page, restarting the PC, nothing seems to work. What's the file size and file extension of the image that's failing to upload?

From the Art Library Wiki page : If you have a base account, no single image or batch upload can exceed 5MB. For Plus or Pro subscribers, this cap is raised to 10MB. I recommend resaving your image as a lower DPI jpg (try 70) to reduce its file size.
