Players Can't See Map.

I just spent the day building maps for an upcoming one off, and I had one of my players join so I could test to see if everything works, but when they join the game they just get a blank white board and when I join the game as a player I get the same thing. Everything is there when I'm a GM, I've followed map building tutorials step for step and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated, this is the second time I've had to redo these maps and I don't want to lose an entire days worth of effort.

Make double sure you put all your map elements on the map layer rather than the GM layer. If that isn't the issue, both you and the player should please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log, starting from the time the game opens!) Thank you!
I submitted a full bug report but I figured out the problem on my own and now I just feel silly. I never noticed that in my several map tabs there way a red ribbon saying "Players" on a duplicated blank map, I never noticed or knew about it but I moved it to an active map and everything worked fine. Thank you very much for your time and help, I apologize for the troubles.

*patpats*  That's ok.  We all had issues like this in our early days, and some of us still have issues ;) I'll mark this as resolved and close the thread; please don't hesitate tostart a new thread if you have issues or concerns!
