Unable to create new or delete old folders for my Games

To whom it may concern,  I have recently been unable to create or delete folders and subfolders in my account. I was able too a few weeks ago, but as of then I have not been able to do so. I right click upon the folder I wish to delete and bring up the menu and click upon Delete and nothing occurs.However I am unable to get any responce from the application other than a Bing sounding,, I have to hit the escape  button to be able to do other tasks or the app continues to just emit the Bing sound. Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
