Using Roll 20 on Mobile

So I'm trying to find an app or program I can use on my phone (Galaxy S8+) to run my in person games. I don't use maps all the time but I like to be able to have everything I need on my phone. My question is if I subscribe can I use roll20 on my phone (which is a 6.2 inch screen)? If I can will my players be able to use there phones as well or do they have to subscribe too?
