Need macros for PC's and familiars help dnd 3.5

Every time my group trys to use the macros for their characters, it always seems to mess up and pops up as unrecognized command. Here is what they have been trying to use: /emas Emil swings his staff /as "Staff" Reach 10 ft /as "Attack" [[1d20+5]] vs AC /as "Damage" [[1d6+5]] bludgeoning What are they doing wrong?

Unfortunately, /emas and /as can only be used by the GM.&nbsp; See wiki:&nbsp; <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Text_Chat#GM_Exclusive_Cha" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Text_Chat#GM_Exclusive_Cha</a>... Players would have to use /em .&nbsp; <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Text_Chat#Chat_Commands" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Text_Chat#Chat_Commands</a> so the macro would look more like: /em sings his staff.&nbsp; Reach 10 ft Attack: [[1d20+5]] vs AC Damage: [[1d6+5]] bludgeoning You could also put it in a roll template to bring it back together a bit:&nbsp; <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Roll_Templates#Built-In_Ro" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Roll_Templates#Built-In_Ro</a>... &{template:default} {{name = Emil swings his staff}} {{Staff = Reach 10 ft}} {{Attack = [[1d20+5]] vs AC}} {{Damage = [[1d6+5]] bludgeoning}} Hope that helps.
