Avatar in Character Sheet Doesn't Change the Old One on the Board

So my old avatar showing up on the game itself was kind of squished because it wasn't a square. I made a square and put the new avatar in my character sheet but it didn't change the one on the board. How do I change the picture on the board if not by replacing the old picture on the character sheet?

Delete the token on the map and drag a new token onto the map from the Journal.
