Forgotten realms campaign group

Hello everyone I'm trying to put together a large group of GM's and players in the D&D 3.5 forgotten realms setting. I am currently sorting out the year the campaign is set in as well as the current events and maps for the campaign and I was wondering if anyone would like to help out. The aim of this group is to have GMs able to host games In there free time and have lots of players that can sign up with different GMs or the same one while still playing the same character. The other objective of this is to try and get more players to start trying to be a GM. Because the campaign is in an already made up world with content and recourses available to anyone I am hoping that this should help to simplify things for first time GM's. If any one is interested as a player or GM or wish to help me get this group started please post bellow or PM me. Edit note: also I'm aiming to get the group up by the begging off next month at latest so that players can begin to sign up and have a look at all the content.

I have lots of experience with the forgotten realms. Would def be interested in being a player. Only available Tue or wed evenings est though...

Players with experience are always welcome. I am currently not inviting players to the group for games as of yet since i am still looking for DM's but if you wish to have a look at the content so far please send me a PM and i will give you a link. I do ask though that you don't post anything in any of the game forums yet and if you see anything wrong or wish to add something please send me a PM.

I actually have a campaign semi written for Forgotten Realm set in Sword Coast, I could perhaps share if ya wish.

I would like to play, i have some experience playing 3.5, i also have a few friends that might be willing to play (we would all be players not DM's for the time being). I would be available on the weekends. I could help DM but not right away as i have a full plate currently between work and school.

Something on those lines. Basically DM's will be able to create there own character and play it in another DM's game. They are asked to keep their character out of their own games though while DMing. If we are lucky though then yes hopefully are DM's will be able to host and play games in a nice 50/50 split or if they prefer they can host or play more its up to them. Are DM's have no obligation to Host or Play. If they see a game posted and they have some free time they can always apply to a game or if they have some free time they might try and host a one shot or start a weekly game for a few sessions. The point in this will be that they can say "in 2 weeks time on dd/mm/yyyy i am hosting a game at X time and am looking for X player" and because we will hopefully have a few dozen players or more there should never be a shortage of players. The biggest problem is a shortage of GM's but hopefully when people get confusable with the system they might try to GM. The other problem is time zones since i am GMT+0 i can cover UK games but would be nice to get DM's in different country. Long answer to a short question :)

First Confirmed game to start on 19th January 2014 7:30 UTC+0 PM A innkeeper has offered a reward to get back a stolen amulet, after gathering the info your party tracks the thief to the local sewer system. The dungeon should last at the least 2 hours and is based around a party of 4 Level 1's. If interested please post your interest and link me to your character sheet (posted in the (please post character sheets here post)). Please give me 24hours notice if for some reason you cannot make it.
