Got a 16 on a 1d10 roll with no modifiers.

https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/chatarchive/21619... As you can see a ways down the page (my friend and I were messing around), the player named Ethan managed a 16 on a d10 roll with no modifiers added. Thought the team may wanna know about this.

Interesting... any more details? 3d dice, inline roll, toolbox dice roller, etc. You might take a screen shot. I don't think anyone will be able to view your chat archive unless they are part of your game.

It looks like there was a couple of exclamations at the end of the roll ie " ! " This is a special character for rolling dice ( https://wiki.roll20.net/Dice_Reference#Exploding_Dice ) which basically adds another roll if you roll the max. ;-) update: adding two "!!" is used for Compounding Exploding Dice (ala Shadowrun) also in the wiki "Shadowrun (and some other systems) use a special style of exploding dice where the the additional rolls for each dice are added together as a single "roll"." The extra roll must not show up in chat, which may be a bug... someone else may want to comment on that.
I didn't realize Roll20 had a built-in for exploding dice, nice. Thanks for your help

If you want to have exclamations with your roll without affecting the roll itself, you have two options: Put them in labels: "/roll d10 [!!]" Use an inline roll: "[[d10]]!!"
