Making macros for NPC dialogue and emotes?

So I'm having a bit of trouble figuring this out.

I want to make emotes which are essentially for cutscene/interactive sequences, to add a bit of flavor. Stuff where I can make characters talk to each other in pre-prepared dialogue without having to manually swap who I'm talking as in the chat. Is there any way to do this properly?

As a GM in my games I usually do the commands "/emas" and "/desc" for my cutscenes.
Example:
/desc As you travel down the road, your home village slowly appears in view past the last tree of the dense forest. The sounds of bleating goats, clucks of chickens, barking dogs are heard, as a young girl is seen running towards you.
/emas "The young girl" runs laughing up towards Rin while yelling "Rin. Rin. Welcome home".

The bold commands are used almost 100% of the time I run my games.
Awesome! Didn't know these commands existed since I wasn't finding them in the wiki page for macros.

Appreciate the help!

They are listed in the text chat page. I have a roll20 community here that is for text based gamers and the various text commands are used in my games.
