Speech Bubbles

I saw in a video on some other tabletop site that the DM and players could press some button and have a speech bubble appear where their curser was so that they could signify when they are speaking in character.I find that this would be particularly valuable for me as a DM who isn't well versed in different voices, so that my players know who is talking when NPCs are talking to each other. Does something like this exist in roll20 as a macro or script? Or is there anything comparable that could be recommended to help identify when a character is talking? I just had the idea to use FX but I don't know how well that would come across, and that has the limitation that players cant use it.

This is a cute idea with some real potential, as it could also be used to lend descriptive captions to objects in the environement.

I haven't tried it, but  Dungeon Buddies Inspired Speech Balloons ought to be what you're looking for.

Its close but, I dont want people to be typing out what they want to say otherwise it will slow things down, just something that shows up perhaps when you press a button and click the map to show someone is talking in character. I suppose for now ill maybe ping who is talking, us FX or maybe make some speech bubble token that I move around.
Just drag this near the token speaking:

You could have a macro button to use the speech balloons with something like "..." as the text if you wanted to use it with VOIP.
This is a script I made for something similar. It creates a speech bubble image (from my Art Library) next to a character's token whenever they send or receive a whisper, then deletes the bubble after 3 seconds. I don't think it would be too hard to make it listen for something else, then use a macro to trigger it.
