Hello everyone, just one small doubt here with the D&D 5th Shaped Character Sheet. Whenever I roll an attack with the 3D dice enabled, the damage dice are rolled twice. For instance, for a quarterstaff attack (1d6), the dice roll a 1d20 for the attack roll, no advantage, everything normal, and then it rolls 2d6 instead of 1d6 for the damage. The result on the chat screen shows that it only selects one number though, but I can't seem to understand why it rolls twice the dice. Another example, a maul has damage equal to 2d6, but it rolls 4d6. The software still chooses only 2 of the dice, like it should, but it's annoying seeing those extra dice rolling there, the players might get angry some of them have higher numbers or lower or why there are so many dice rolls in the screen or why that one or two specific numbers were picked in the final result. It happens with spells too, damage is rolled twice, but it still chooses one of the damage dice for the sum, like it should, I just want the extra dice gone. It doens't affect the final result, but those extra dice on the table are confusing. What's your take on this? Can I do something to fix it? Is it a bug or a feature that I am unaware of? I know advantage and disadvantage dice are rolled twice for the attack rolls, but my problem is with the damage rolls. I don't think I've had it before, not that I have noticed at least. If I can't solve it, I might as well play without the 3D dice. Thanks in advance! Cheers. I'll attach an image where you can see the quarterstaff roll, where it rolls 2d6 instead of 1d6. You can also see how it picks one of the dice in the chat result window.
