New Monster Stat critiques

I've made a first draft of a monster that is not in any D&D/Pathfinder book that I can find and would like suggestions and feed back on how to make it more realistic.

I'd recommend posting it to  r/pathbrewer for pathfinder homebrew critique or a similar Reddit for DnD. The Roll20 forums have a very specific purpose of being for handling questions and comments on Roll20 as a platform rather than rules questions for a specific system.
