Chrome not updating map/game?

I have been using Chrome with Roll20 for over a year now and suddenly recently (in the last 3 weeks), a game I've been playing has not been updating where characters move, their current health (the color of the ring around tokens), and it won't allow me to use any of the tools or anything on the 'map' area. However, I'm able to type and receive messages in the chat? I've updated Chrome, updated Flash and Java, and I cannot get it to fix itself. I've had to resort to using Firefox instead and I've had no issues with Firefox. Does anyone know what my issue might be or how I might fix it?

I would recommend working through the troubleshooting steps: 1 Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser 2 Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 3 Step 3: Clear your cache 4 Step 4: Provide a bug report Particularly the cache clearing I think might help you. If all that fails, do step 4 (don't forget the complete console log).

If you're a GM of this Game, are you sure you're not in Player View Mode ? If that's not the case, please do follow the steps Scott posted so we can get a better idea of what's going on. Thanks!

I've tried 2 & 3 in the past weeks when this issue appeared (and tried it again before posting this). &nbsp;I don't use that many extensions at all (5, in fact). It's brought on faster (sometimes even immediately) if I enter the game again (after having to refresh from this bug first occurring) during combat when Turn Order is being used. I cannot use any of the tools, move my token, ping the 'map', scroll down to see other parts of the map(it gets permanently cut so I only see what I could see of the map before the bug began?), or have my chat be updated if I go into my character sheet and click on a spell to have the spellcard show in the chat. Everyone else will see it, but it will not update for me (I can however see others spellcards used in the chat).&nbsp; Step by step instructions on how to reproduce the issue: That's a hard task. Our group has five players in it (including me), and the DM (who of course uses several enemies or even provides NPC tokens on the map. The more tokens (and more movement) that happens or is supplied then the faster it seems to happen where I cannot control my own token, or use any of the tools. It seems to happen only when combat is going on, after we've all had to roll for Turn Order. The bug returns after I refresh, either immediately or shortly following the refresh. Could you try temporarily disabling TrafficLight and BitDefender? I see that an extension (TrafficLight, according to Google) threw an error within your log.

I disabled TrafficLight and the same bug occurred again as usual. You want me to try to disable my anti-virus (BitDefender)? Out of curiosity, what issue could my anti-virus be causing? Update; I just disabled BitDefender for a few minutes and it still happened. :(&nbsp;

Bee, are you seeing this issue occur in every game you join or is it occurring in only one game in particular? If it's the latter, what's the name of the game you're having trouble viewing?

It's only happening in&nbsp; one game , and mainly during times of combat where players are having to roll initiative, roll for damage and so on. Eventually the bug returns after a lot of activity (or immediately as I mentioned before, after refreshing) and by the time my turn comes around it's 'frozen' and I can't do anything. It's not only annoying but it's embarrassing. I've had to keep the game open in Firefox in the event it happens (and it always has). &nbsp;
