You could cover your primary attack in the damage field, but I think you will need to include the additional targets and damage if applicable in the spell or attack description. There are probably other/better methods as well.  Change spellclass-X-level as needed.

I went with this macro and it seems to be working for me so far [[ [[ {15, @{CasterLevel} }kl1 ]]d6 +[[ {15, @{CasterLevel} }kl1 ]]*2 ]] i just have to manually do the "math" for additional targets, which is fine i guess.
