Issues with Jukebox and fanburst

Hello, I'm posting because since 2 days ago (well i noticed it a that moment), I can't hear the soundtracks coming from fanburst in the jukebox. I did some testing and can hear the soundtrack from all other sources either directly while picking one or once when playing it in the jukebox. I also tried as a gm and a player, and same thing I can't hear all the sound coming from fanburst. I am the only one in my group not hearing these sounds, my players could listen the music I had prepared (when i still could hear them), but I could not. I am on google chrome and already tried to clear the cache, and the only extension i might have is an ad blocker (uBlock) which I have deactivated anyway. Note that the fanburst website itself works normally for me (just tried it to see if there was a problem with it) Any idea/solution ? Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log, starting from table load-in and extending past starting, playing, and ending music that your players can hear but you can not!) Thank you!
