Are you using drag/drop from the compandium or the HeroLab import function?
Neither its a monster from Rise of the Runelords Anniversary Edition. I have to put it in manually. Usually i dont have problem but for some reason i am now. Kinda strange.

Kinda strange While you can input data into(or make minor edits) the NPC/Monster parser box manually, the parser does a far better job when dealing with the compendium data directly. One of the fields must have some unexpected/malformed attribute data. You would have to experiment to try and determine what is causing the parser to stop. Scott has been working diligently on a Pathfinder Companion script that has a text parser(along with all kinds of other goodies). It may handle that particular stat-block better. The pfc script is still in beta, (code here: https://github.com/Roll20-Pathfinder-Character-Sheet/Companion-Script) grab a copy of the latest version (currently v088) You might want to demo it.
