[5e Community] Proficiency modifier not calculating correctly for dice roll

Myself and one other member of my game are having the same issue, the other members are not. Our character sheet, the community sheet for 5e, looks correct but when we use it to roll skill checks (or anything with a proficiency bonus) it is not adding the correct proficiency modifier to the dice roll. We have just leveled up to lvl 5 and now should be getting a +3 bonus to proficiency. It shows this corectly on the Core stats page of the character sheet. The "total" column of the skills list, and save mod on core stats, also shows the correct number.  When that item is rolled, the dice results, and math when moused over, shows it one short. It is treating as if the proficiency is the same as the +2 from lvl 4. I have removed the line item out of the Attributes & Abilities and then added the proficiency back, which caused it to recreate the line, but even the newly created item has the same issue when rolling. I looked at the code in the attributes & abilities and it LOOKS like it is correct but I honestly don't know what its supposed to look like.  Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it? We have found a, kinda, work around for the skills by adding the difference to the bonus column. That allows those dice rolls to be calculated correctly because its adding the "bonus" to compensate for lack of accurate proficiency modifier. That doesn't help on proficient save rolls though. I am hoping I am not missing something that is incredibly obvious. No one else in my game has been able to figure it out either.  Please send help. Thanks!
What you're experiencing may be caused by an issue that can occur when a Game switches to the 5e Community sheet from a different Character Sheet. On the Attributes & Abilities Tab of the affected Characters, try locating and deleting all Attributes which have a name similar to: "PB" or "pb" " <ability> _save_mod"; e.g. "charisma_save_mod" " <ability> _mod"; e.g. "charisma_mod" To delete an Attribute, hover over it and press the x button that appears.
