Apparent Map Viewing Error

Hello forum people, I am EXTREMELY new to Savage Worlds and have pretty much experienced an "unplayable" error right off the bat during the setup portion of my very first game. My friend sent me a link to his game where I was prompted to setup a "roll20" account which took roughly 30 seconds. After creating my account I was able to join the game by clicking the "Join Game" button on the screen. Unfortunately whenever the screen comes up the map loads at the very top of the screen with maybe 1/4" showing. I am able to see the very bottom of the chat box, the tools bar, and the player move bar but am unable to move the map even a little bit. I have tried reloading multiple times, clicking, clicking and dragging, etc but have had no luck. It seems as if the map as loaded nearly a full screen too high. Google Chrome is the browser being used. Has anybody else had this problem? Thank you for your assistance!
I'm sure a mod will be along momentarily (Hi Gauss!) to confirm, but this sounds like a common problem people have. The solution is usually to make sure that your Chrome add-ons aren't conflicting with the Roll20 system; go thru and remove them one-by-one until you find the one that's causing the problem, then disable it when you need to use Roll20.

Please disable your extensions, one of them (probably a bar extension) is the most likely cause of this.
Thank you
