I'd love to run a short adventure (a few sessions) using ICONS: The Assembled Edition , using a home brew setting with items cribbed from both DC and Marvel (but the serial numbers filed off). The Centurions are the premier supergroup in Paragon City, and they're having tryouts, featuring the player characters. (Sometimes the Centurions handle national or global emergencies, so you have to be good to be a Centurion.) During one of the test scenarios in the Rumble Room, the Centurions disappear ...and someone turns the Rumble Room to the Lethal Force setting. Now the PCs have to (a) get out of the Rumble Room, (b) get to the bottom of this, and (c) rescue the Centurions while (d) protecting the city. If you're not familiar with ICONS, it's a relatively light-weight system that is kind of the love child of FASERIP and FATE. By default, character creation is random, but there is a point-buy option. I'd allow either, depending on player preference (and there are certainly ways to significantly tweak the random results). We'll have a session zero, just to help with character creation. The very basics are OGL, so I put together a PDF of the basics chapter (without identity material) that you can view on your phone: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0KkM_vAe2HXU2t4MG56OFdlamc (I didn't write it; it comes straight from the rulebook.) I don't use tons of images or anything; it's mostly theatre of the mind, but I might throw up a map and tokens so people can keep straight who is where. There is an ICONS character sheet available on Roll20. I'm in EDT, and I am currently free all weeknights.
