Can't hear sound effects

I can hear things that are not from roll20 just fine (skype, aim youtube ect) But I can't hear any players or any sound effects while in a game.  I have a turtle beach headset plugged into the from ports (headphone and mic jack) and a webcame plugged into the usb port. People can hear me just fine though my headset. Any help i can get would be appreciated.

Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) You may also wish to check the steps and work through on our  Video and Voice Chat Troubleshooting to see if these resolve any of your issues. Thank you!
