How do you get the macro's out of the chat?  If I see someone run a macro that for example is an attack, how can I see the macro that is behind the roll?

Some of the sheets have 'exposed' macros. Custom Made macros appear in the Abilities section of a character sheet. They can also be loaded into Token Bars.

Also, if you click a roll button on a sheet, you can push up with the chat focused to get what was sent to chat.
