Player unable to edit or move his token...

Hello, In a recent game of mine, a single player in our group was unable to edit or move is player character Token, despite the fact that I assigned him edit privileges in the Journal. The other players in the group had no issues. Is this a glitch, or a known error that I can solve? It made it hard for him to engage in the game, and rolling against his attributes was a challenge. I also noticed that it took several tries of my own editing of his character sheet for changes to "stick." Thanks for any insight!!
Just to get all the really obvious stuff out of the way and double check: Did you have the See/Edit boxes checked for all the bars in the "player permissions" area under the token's settings? Did you have the token linked to a character sheet? And if so, did you make sure that the player's name was in the "Can be edited & controlled by" field? If it wasn't connected to a character sheet, was the players name listed under the "controlled by" field? Sorry for the obvious questions. I just want to rule out the easy things first.
Thanks for the response! Sorry, I wasn't clear enough in my 1st post. The See/Edit boxes are checked for the 2 bars and single Aura we use in our game. The token is linked to the proper character sheet. Both the player's name and mine are in the "Can be edited & Controlled By" field, and I was able to move his token and edit. His setting match the ones for other 3 players, and they were able to use their tokens fine...

Hmm... I think I've seen this somewhere before. If I recall, in a pinch, you can work around it by setting the token to being controlled by all players. It at least allows the person who's supposed to be using it to do what they should be able to do. I'll talk to the Devs and see if I can find out more. Out of curiosity, there wasn't anything weird going on like the player being listed twice was there? I'm also going to move this to the Bug Reports & Technical Issues forums.
The player was not listed twice, at least not in any way that I saw. We were running the session in a Hangout, if that is relevant at all. The next time we play, I will try enabling it for all, and see if that allows him to use it properly (at least as a workaround). Thanks so much for the help!

If this continues to be a problem please send me a join link and I will come take a look.
I've had this happen as well (In a hangout). When the player joined the game via the website (not in a hangout) he was logged in as a different account than what was showing with the hangout. When he logged in with the other account it must have matched and he was able to control his token again. Maybe contributing info: in similar vein I have two other players that play via a hangout and they don't show up in the players list for the campaign at all but have no trouble controlling anything.
Perry, Maybe that is the issue... I'm not certain how each player was connecting. We are schedules to play next Wednesday again (the 18th), so I will monitor and report back. Thanks to everyone!
