Using the most up-to-date versions of Chrome AND Firefox AND Edge AND Safari (sheer desperation here), on a laptop with built-in microphone and webcam. Walked through every step of the troubleshooting wiki and could not make audio or video work - specifically, I couldn't see everyone else and they could only see my icon, no video, and no audio on either side. Suuuuper fun night.
