TEAM ROCKET TAG is a game for solo players using the Pokemon Tabletop United system. Set in Kanto and Johto one year after the events of Pokemon Crystal, Team Rocket is reeling after the loss of Giovanni and the defeat of the Rocket Executives. With the head of the arbok severed, surely the body is dying. Or is it? The remaining members of team rocket are still around, alive and free. Some have already taken whatever spoils they could get away with and vanished. Many, however, have given too much to Team Rocket to retire now. These people, united by the desire to see Team Rocket soar but divided on how to get it off the ground, will soon kick off a shadow conflict that won't stop until there is only one man standing or no one left. This is your chance, rocket grunt. It's your time now. JUST THE FACTS The game is set in a mix of the games, movies, comics and cartoons. It's placed in the kanto and johto regions, though all the other regions exist. The players are low-level members of team rocket, lab assistants, grunts and etc. They may or may not have superiors at this point. Their starter pokemon are limited to the ones Team Rocket hand out to all their recruits. Team Rocket is currently divided into the Loyalist faction (who want to get Giovanni or his kid or the executives or SOMEONE back in charge and resume business as usual) and the Revisionist faction (who want to move Team Rocket in a new direction. Probably one decided by them and led by them, of course.) These loose factions will surely fracture further as the conflict goes on. All the splatbooks are in use. All the classes are valid, assuming you can convince me. All the optional rules I'm aware of are in use. I don't have any house rules, but I might make some up as the game rolls along. I love 'shiny' pokemon and fakemon, but you're gonna have to earn em. The concepts behind the game are simple: * A challenging, story driven game suitable for solo play that might evolve into small group play. * A chance to explore the classic regions of generations I & II. * team rocket first team best team no arguments *I played Persona 5 recently sue me If all this sounds interesting, I'll answer questions below. I'll get a game up when I can use my computer instead of my phone.
