Ability to temporarily lock out players

My GM is checking things out and liking what he's finding, but ran into an issue: While he's editing a map, he has the map selected as player so he can see how it appears. But if one of us players were to drop in unannounced, we might get a preview that we shouldn't. Maybe just a little check box on the settings tab.. open or closed..

Your GM can prevent this by creating a start page and then moving the player ribbon to that page. Players enter and see nothing that the GM is working on on other maps etc.
Arne, if you mean that your GM has another tab open where he joins as a player, he could just activate line of sight, assign a token to himself only, give it a lightsource of 100 or something and only put that token on the map he is working on. As long as the token is only controlled by him and its' lightsource is not being set to being seen by all, there won't be a chance for other players to get accidentally spoiled.

Gauss, you're suggestion wont work for those of us not on the dev server, since the GM has a player account active, and needs that to be on the map the GM is working on. After tomorrow's Rugged Reroll Rollout, that method should work.

G G, you are correct, when Rugged Reroll comes out you can do the following (posting it for everyone's benefit): 1) Have the player log in. 2) On the GM's side, open the Page Toolbar 3) Grab the player avatar (bottom of the screen) and drag it to the page you want the player to be on. When you want to return the player to the same page as the "player ribbon" drag the player icon to the player ribbon.
