Subscription and payment questions.

Hi there, First, I accidentally renewed my subscription for the Pro level of features, and was fully charged for this, or at least this charge seems to be pending in my bank account. I quickly switched to what I intended to pay for - the recurring Plus level - and my roll20 account does reflect this. Can the accidental Pro purchase be refunded? Second, I see I have a credit of $93 on my roll20 account. I expected to draw from this credit to pay for my monthly subscription, but it doesn't look like this happened. Am I able to use this credit for my subscription? If not, why is it there? Thank you for your help!

I would send an email to team@roll20.net .
I actually sent an email a little over 24 hours ago and haven't had a response - I've never actually contacted roll20 about technical issues and whatnot so I wasn't sure how long to wait before trying a different route.
