5th Edition Shaped syntax error

I am using the shaped character sheet for my 5E game and have ran into a problem with the initiative .  some of my players are able to click the initiative box and roll just fine while others will return, SyntaxError: Expected "(", ".", "[", "abs(", "ceil(", "d", "floor(", "round(", "t", "{", [ |\t], [+|\-] or [0-9] but "s" found...I have tried to click initiative for them and return the same problem. I am also unable to roll initiative from the character sheet of the players who are able to roll initiative even when they are able to. 

Try resetting your initiative ability score and output methods. Change them and then change them back.

still reciving the same error message after changing the ablity score and output method Also i have another game also using the shaped character sheet and match all the settings and in one game the initative works and in the other i get the syntax error
