Some or none of you may be interested in a game I am starting soon. It is a nWoD game set in the Witcher game/book theme. Will primarily be using the Chronicles of Darkness rules plus those from Hunter: The Vigil and Mage: The Awakening to represent various types of characters. I will also be adding and subtracting a few things here and there that won't work for the setting and to ensure that elements necessary for the setting are present. The game is set in roughly the same time period as Geralt's adventures, however, it is set on a continent across the sea from the "Unnamed Continent". The setting, which I am building mostly from scratch, will have a comprehensive timeline, details on empires/kingdoms/countries of all types as well as significantly more in-depth information pertaining to the local area, regional area, and anything outside of that will be fleshed out with what might be relevant but far less precise. The style of game is rather nice and I have used it successfully once, in which the game utilizes one or more GMs, a chat medium like Discord, and then Roll20 to provide storytime for everyone and anyone throughout the week. This style is not for everyone, but people who had erratic schedules or trouble attending games on a regular, weekly or bi-weekly basis tend to find it convenient. It is also rather nice for people in less common time zones. I do tend to try and 'vet' my players somewhat so that I get at least people who seem to be serious about the game, have reasonable or at least regular hours of activity, are articulate when they write (as the most everything is done via text to accommodate for the game style), and do try to assist new players and new GMs who may wish to run stories and help build the world get acclimated and have fun.
