Scheduling 2E Adventures (August 14, 21, 26) Mondays

Main Game day is set for MONDAYS (July 3, 10, 17, 24, 31). Same Game / New Campaign! Lex took over DM'ing, launching Fortune's Grasp campaign. We made new characters and started a party. The other big news is we are switching the game day to MONDAY. Everyone agreed to playing on Mondays, at the usual time. We could also sometimes meet up or play on other days like Tuesdays or Thursdays periodically, if requested. The area of play for starting Fortune's Grasp campaign is shown on the map (above) -- note the long peninsula and archipelago with a green box around it, South / West hemisphere. Tonights game will start at the usual time 8:05pm GMT. I may have end the game a touch early at 11pm as I have an extreamly complicated and important meeting at work tomorrow morning first thing.

Monday the 7th game is suspended sorry about that all but I will be away from home at a work seminar. I'd DM for you from the hotel room but I dont think my phone is up to the challange!. Lex

I won't be ON for much of the game session tomorrow, Monday 21st. I don't want to miss any gaming with the new "6 Agents of Death" and "Chapter One" that DM Lex has said we are starting, but regretfully I will not be online the whole time this week. I encourage you all to play and proceed. The big news is the Total Solar Eclipse.  It will be a Partial Eclipse in my part of the world. It will occur just one hour before our game time, and will still be finishing-out at the game start time. I'm having friends over for a bit of an eclipse viewing party (with the special magic glasses). For that reason I could be 1-3 hours late arriving into the game. Lex --- it would be cool to incorporate Solar Eclipse into the game story on the same day.  You could say that a Spelljammer ship passed between the Homebrew World and The Sun, and Portto looked up and saw the shadow passing. Everyone else thought it was a solar eclipse but Portto was convinced it was a giant spaceship of some sort. Portto goes running off, like E.T. riding in the bicycle basket, hoping to find a contact to his home-space. Portto will wander back to find the party after the eclipse passes.

not to worry if you cannot make it Gold, I have an idea for what happens to Porto to explain his absence and it ties into the overall plot of the Six. This session will have plot reveal and info about what is happening from the son and daughter of Drucilla, I'll post it onto the forums after the session. Enjoy the celesital event! Lex

Announcement! Warrior Sweden.  Erik Broman will be rejoining our D&D group to play in Lex's Fortune's Grasp campaign, here in the same house-ruled AD&D 2nd Edition, same Homebrew World, new continent, different DM (Lex). Let's set him up with a new Character Sheet. He knows how to find the PC-CharGen-Ability-Score Roller and roll it 3 times to generate a new PC. This is a post I really did not want to have to write but here goes. I have to pull out of the game. It really sucks and i know how annoying that must be for you all. I had alot planned and done but I cannot commit to the game at this time. Work is out of control in terms of taking up my time and until I can really wrestle control back I cant deliver a good, exciting and interesting game. I'm really sorry guys. I wont leave the group as I hope to be back at some point. Thanks for playing in my game!  Lex

Hey Everybody! Let's keep playing. I will resume the DM'ing starting tomorrow (Monday September 25 at the usual game time). This week I'll take input from the Players on how to make the next campaign awesome. What did you like best about Adventures In Homebrew World and Fortune's Grasp? What elements or rules would you like to see tweaked, if any? What new types of Characters would you like (new classes, or species)? My inclination is to continue playing in the same world, with our usual customized AD&D 2E system, and to use new or existing characters, while recruiting a few new Players. Everyone is welcome to keep your new characters from Lex's campaign, or start rolling again for New PC's. We will count up the attendance and Player Base as-of this week, and I'll recruit new players if needed. I like to have 6 Players plus 1 DM. I'd like to continue playing with this group on a weekly basis. This is something I look forward to every week, a chance to play AD&D with you all. Please stop by Discord and Roll20 this week at the regular time and we will form the new campaign from there! Lex -- Thanks for DM'ing! You are welcome to pick back up any time.
