I use Status Indicator Overlays to automatically keep track of status bonus/penalties and it would be nice if we could replace the icons with our own and also to be able to have negative number in the numeric overlay. Oh and custom tooltips for each Status Indicator.

Agreed! Our table uses about three different symbols for the same status! Custom ones would make things a lot easier!
