It all meant the same thing: Humanity was fucked as the gods took their place on Earth as the final battlefield. Humanity was used and abused, forced into wars that they had no place in next to beings they had only words for from their legends. The apocalypse came with a hammer of the gods raining down destruction upon the world. You have survived this annihilation, this destruction of the firmament. You have been rebuilding on the corpses of what your ancestors may have worshiped. The landscape is harsh, violent, maybe even hellish, but it is a sight better than the uncaring beings that once rampaged on it. This is Apocalypse World based on old legends and perhaps a bit of American Gods. I am looking for players who want to experience a world where there is still hope, albeit some small pieces of it.
