I need help as a GM? (Tough topic.)

As a GM being a current player, I'm having a difficult time to communicate a disgruntle situation that is bugging me about a campaign we're in. What's bugging me is the GM has made a mistake from a past campaign having focus multiple NPC's and story based around a single-player among the group. The other individuals though who agree don't see all too caring about it. This would be a nice feeling for me to have also, except the new campaign we're focused on now, that player's character is back as a NPC and other characters are also popping up that are connected to that NPC as well. I don't enjoy playing a campaign that feels like (The player's character name as campaign title.) The campaign is a vampire campaign. But it feels still more I'm playing a character in a campaign still focused around one character among the players. It's just how I feel, but my past personality being the most outspoken about problems has put me in a bad spotlight. How as a GM now being a player handle this.
