After getting Vidra and her sister squared away on the ship, Vez is going to consult the others as to what they should do with the new gear they've acquired (give to char for parts or sell for some credits).  He'll give Curtis the 2k credits if he's feeling better from his share of the shulla mission.  He'll also explain to them the plan to set Vidra and her sister free of debt and drop them off on Naboo. He doesn't expect to have them help for free, though he knows he's not got any kind of money that it would cost to hire this many crew for just this. As such: Vez would like to take to the streets, preferably with some backup to find out more about naboo and to maybe find some cargo shipping work going there, or from there to here.
Guss just takes the word of the aptain as an order  and goes to his trader "friends" in order to see what they know about the situation on Naboo
Kes was honestly non-committal with the whole what should happen to the gear, she didn't care either way as she picked what she really had wanted from the pile. "Whatever works best for the others, I have my new trophy." Listening to what the rest he wanted to do then watching Guss just walk off, she smirked under the helm and shook her head.  "Listen, Captain, if you need backup, count me in at least 90% of the time. You need an asshole to beat someone, call me, need someone silent taken out, call me, I am pretty sure you get the picture. You might be an Aruetii, but at least you aren't Aruetii scum."
Char is doing what he does best, and is working at his workshop on the items the party needs for their upcoming adventures.  His work is rather meticulous, although he hasn't worked on much laminate armor before.  The extra stylistic requirements of his Mandalorian companion taking a bit of extra time, but he makes sure everything is to spec.  When done, he radio's over to Kes, "Hey, got time to do a fitting so I can make the final adjustments,  I need to make sure this fits good and doesn't chaffe..."
'A fitting,' the words running through her mind a moment, this was going to be tricky. Comming back she sounded grumpier than normal, "I suppose." Heading to his shop she was not sure how this was going to go, this was not something she was ready for. Once there she stared at him, "What needs to be fitted? How long is this going to take? And how little can I take off?"
Vez and Guss head out together to find out about the situation on Naboo and look into some possible cargo hauling work. First stop is Guss’ trader “friends.” “You’re wondering about the situation on Naboo? The situation is that you should stay away from that sector of the galaxy. That’s the Emperor’s home planet you know. Security is tighter there than a Toydarin’s fist around a credit stick. Plus, there’s some Imperial admiral in charge of that area that has a nasty reputation."  "Well, if you were needing to go there you’ll need some legit official Imperial permits to get into the Naboo system and land. Forget about fake permits."   "Cargo hauling? To Naboo? Yeah, I suppose that could be a way to get legit paperwork." "Let me see. Hmmm, I think that scary horned guy Devas does some shipping to and from Naboo from time to time. I’d talk to him. My advice though, steer clear of Naboo and Devas." "If you have to go, I’d haul the most innocent cargo there possible and back. Be prepared to have your ship scanned and turned inside out before landing and leaving the system.  Make sure all of your crew's identity papers are in good order, and they're not hiding anything from you or the Empire.”

Do you think they would not allow us to take our guns? - Guss will ask  one of the traders. Is there anything you would like  from there ?- he will ask  in general "Well It  seems  like we should talk to this Devas  guy  and see  if we could  haul  something to Naboo for him,  captain" "What do you think? I mean some members of  our crew  are  a bit shady but I dont think they have anything the imperials might be looking for"

Thinking back to what Kurtis had told them about his past prior to the mission for shulla, Vez bit his lip with worry. He would politely thank Guss's friend and try to bring guss aside to remind him of the imperial ties Kurtis previously noted. The rabble at that Podunk planet they just were at might have been fooled by Kurtis's credentials, but there was no reason to take the risk with higher end imperial. "We should get Kurtis involved before we proceed much further Guss. He stands to make us all lose a lot "
Out of character: I  thought he only told  you about it  Guss: Oh, I  see, maybe he knows   a way of getting better credentials or to bypass security, or maybe we could ask Devas hypotetically and   do the hauling cheaper or for free.

Heading to his shop she was not sure how this was going to go, this was not something she was ready for. Once there she stared at him, "What needs to be fitted? How long is this going to take? "Well down to underwear would be best, although if you have a form fitting undersuit, I suppose that would be close enough.  Everything else will need to be off for me to measure.  After all, this is only laminate, not a full suit of powered armor that you could just jump in. It's meant to be form fitting and allow for maximum mobility with good protection."  He thinks some more.... " Don't be too bashful, I've seen plenty of sentients of all shapes and sizes in similar undress. I promise to keep it professional." "By the way,  while you are here there's another matter and some potential business we can discuss."  (*sends nav coords to his new shop*)  "This is where I'm set up for shop now."

Wave said: Do you think they would not allow us to take our guns? - Guss will ask  one of the traders. Is there anything you would like  from there ?- he will ask  in general "Well, I'm pretty positive that thing (pointing to your carbine) will cause people to give you a wide berth and probably call the Strormtroopers to come talk to you.  You might be able to carry that if you are walking around in the wilds cause I hear there are some animal predators on Naboo.  In the towns and cities, doubtful.  Maybe a blaster pistol if you don't brandish it around or bring attention to it.  As for the capital, Theed, you probably can't have any weapons bigger than a pocket knife.  I'm sure the authorities will tell you whatever the current laws are when you land, if you go there." "You could try and get a carry permit I suppose, but I have no idea what that costs or how long it would take.  They probably have to do a long background check on you first." "Well, since you are asking, both of us wouldn't mind some of that Naboo wine.  (Shrugs)  Maybe a bottle for each of us...?"
Guss  and  vez  coudnt  find Curtis  anywhere no matter  how hard they looked  for him, Guss suspects shoola has  something to do with it, so he suggest we go to devas  and hope  for the  best.
"I suppose so...i do wonder where he went though."  With that Vez would head toward the location of devas with gus. (Assuming we know his common location since he's well known)
Guss leads the way to the Nova Room gambling establishment where Devas is known to conduct business.  After some waiting, a couple bouncers/guards lead you to one of the back private gambling rooms.  They insist on taking your weapons from you saying, "The boss is more concerned about theft and safety after a couple of recent incidents."  As you are led to a particular room, Vez glimpses through a partially shut door on the way what looks like the Whiphid Ug-Tak being interrogated by some Mirialan Port Tooga guards. Devas looks up as Guss and Vez enter the private gambling room.  He leans back in an executive bantha leather chair behind a sabacc table.  Guss notices that Devas seems one part amused and one part annoyed.  He gives you both a devilish grin showing his pointed teeth and asks what your business is. You inquire about some cargo hauling to and from Naboo.  After some back and forth he indolently nods and admits that he does have some cargo that needs to make its way to Naboo and back.  He says he is in no big hurry to ship it at this time though as he absently rubs one of his horns (you are not sure if you are buying that).  He broadly outlines the available hauling jobs suitable for your freighter: Hauling to Naboo: Field Rations for the Empire.  6,000 credits potential net profit.  Pros: It's needed by the troops stationed on Naboo.  Not restricted cargo at all.  Alliance would have minimal interest in the cargo should you encounter them.  Relatively light cargo.  Cons: The food will have to be randomly inspected before being released from your cargo hold.  Unless you can bribe a customs official (risky) to speed up the process, this could slow down the transaction. Imperial Machine Replacement Parts. 9,000 credits potential net profit.  Pros: It's really needed by the Empire on Naboo.  Cons: It's restricted cargo that the Alliance would love to steal or sabotage.  Heavy cargo.  Expect the cargo to be quickly and thoroughly scrutinized by Imperial officals before it is offloaded from your ship. Hauling from Naboo to Port Tooga: Cases of Naboo Wine.  7,500 credits potential net profit.  Pros: The wine is very high quality.  Cons: It is flammable.  Potential for corrupt officials to want to be bribed with a case or two of the wine.  Pirates love to steal this kind of cargo.  This wine is for the Nova Room, Devas himself, and Devas' "friends."   After outlining the potential jobs your freighter could perform, Devas narrows his eyes at both of you and says, "And now we will discuss the embarrassment you caused me, twice...."  You are pretty sure he is referring to the Whiphid Ug-Tak.   (I recommend at this point that we do the rest as part of our session this Friday.  Mainly, I wanted you to start thinking about what hauling jobs you may want to do, if any.)
out of character: I live! God has the last week been busy as hell.  Kurtis: "Thank you for the credits Vez. I feel much better after a day of rest to recover. I'm going to take care of a quick shopping eran. Mind if I leave my medical supplies on the ship?"
*time skip backwards* "Of course Kurtis. Lock em up in the captains cabin if you like. On the other hand...Why dont you set up in one of the rear chambers? (the little back turtle legs). It's never a bad thing to have a designated area for an infirmary. While we're talking...we need to go to Naboo, it's extremely guarded by imps. You may want to consider the implications that have for you."
"I like to sound of setting up an infirmary. I'll need to start looking into picking up supplies and  maybe turning one of the rear chambers into a real infirmary..lets see a operating table, sink, and a storage closet will be a start to making it a real medical facility. As for going to Naboo..Well I am not surprised its heavily guarded, that planet is rumored to be of value to a Imperial commander known as Darth Vader. I would be lying if I said I wasn't concerned about going there. I am not opposed to going there, I might stay on the ship or as close to it as I can. Don't want to draw any attention to myself or the ship there.

At some point during the intervening time between sessions, Rig coasts to a stop in the cargo bay of the ship. Aside from a solitary red, blinking light, he is motionless, slouched, and unresponsive unless pressed. Shortly before our next session, he snaps back to his full height, indicator lights flaring from red to calmer amber. "Software update complete failed," he enthusiastically declares to no-one in particular. (Made a specialization beeline for "Dedication" and upgraded my Intellect to 5. Or rather, I was going to, but then I saw I'd already overspent. So, maybe next game! :D)
The next time the gang stops at a gas station, Rig would like to buy some art supplies (crayons, paper, etc.) It would definitely be a splurge. I've got 400 creds... let me know how much to deduct?
Here are the ship stats for the  Twilight Rascal YG-4210 Light Freighter (in Google Drive) that is currently docked with the Kamen Rider.  Note the YG-4210's speed and hyperdrive class if that alters your plans at all.  Listed cost is if it was brand new.  These stats are also available ingame in the vehicle's character sheet made viewable to you.
A brief shimmy in the ship as it rips through hyperspace startles Ka'el awake as he napped in the pilots chair. The cockpit cascaded in swirling hues of blue and white mixed with the hum of the screaming hyperdrive bring a bit of comfort to him as he smiles slightly. Rubbing his eyes he looks down at the chronosec tracker tapping the read out...he mutters lightly.. "Ugh.. 5 days to go... " Feeling a pang of hunger he walks to the galley not immediately seeing any one, he he realizes the ships in night cycle. Flipping on a few lights he rummages about the food station grabbing a meal pack, then slides to the lounge chair flipping on a random entertainment holovid as he eats.
"Eating while watching the holonet is never a good idea. It's how you end up with a spare hyperdrive ring." Kes shifted their boots on the table as napping in the lounge was apparently on the table now. Shifting in the chair, she reached up and interlaced her fingers behind her helm. Granted he couldn't see her eyes but they were locked on him and the glow of the holoscreen cast on his face. Getting comfortable was easy, mostly because she had been in armor for a lot of her life and trained to eat, sleep, drink, and live in it. "Do you always keep odd hours? Or is this new?"

Startled, Ka'el flinches as he hears the voice. Taking a moment as he almost chokes as he swallows part of his meal he looks towards the helmed warrior as he finds his voice. "Still getting used to the ship and its .. well ...character...  " he leans back on the wall seat.. "I'm sure once I acclimate to the ships cycle ill be fine, that is if i'm here long enough." raising a questioning brow towards the Mandolorian. "To be honest, i'm not sure whos' acting captain with your boss coughing up a lung, and more importantly you and your crew-mates plans for me? " His fingers interlock across his stomach as he talks..  "I'm rightly obliged for the rescue and the bit of trust thrown my way by letting me lead your 'YT' about the galaxy, but by my reckoning, y'all could use a proper pilot until such time as your kin sees fit to take the reigns once more.." Leaning forward he grabs a bite form his meal pack looks back to the figure sitting across the lounge from him.
"Cyrus isn't my boss... In fact no one but my clan head is my boss or the Manda'lor. Char is my Vod now. My plans for you is the first sign of an issue you take a long walk into space without a nice space suit." Kes didn't really care to mix words or play a game of beat around the bush. "But while Cryus is down you are at least a useful tool and I wont kill you out of boredom." There was a smirk under that helm if only he could see it. "So why did your ship crash?"
Ka'el smiles at the Mandolorians to the point words... "Fair enough..." raising both of his hands in mirthful surrender.. "I'll do me darn'dest not to be useless..." Putting his hands back down at the question regarding his ship..."AH..well.. ",Scratching his head stalling.. "That's a bit of silly story.. see i was having some fun at a local establishment on Trigalis at the Sabbac tables. But.. hit a spat of bad luck and well, it was time to move on, rather swiftly if you catch my drift. Options were not many for the credits i had left, so i picked up that Y wing husk of a ship for under a few thousand creds." Shaking his head.. "Little did i know i did not get taken once but twice that day, the ship was a rebuilt wreck using damaged parts, just enough for a sucker to jump out but not get to far. Needless to say the drive coil blew during light speed dropping me out where you found me. I did my best and managed to walk away." Looking back to the Mando, "The rest is history..though one day i may have to go back to that reputable merchant who sold me the ship..perhaps request a refund" The last words spoken through curled lips.
Tap, tap, tap went gloved fingertips on the back of their helm as he began stalling. He was building the clock rather than turning it over and smashing it to bits in a quick manner. Soon an idle tap of the boot on the table till he began getting to the meat of the story. Sitting up Kes was now rather vested in his words, paying careful attention to what he was saying. Once finished Kes stood and stretched, "Munit tome'tayl, skotah iisa. Or in basic, Long memory, Short fuse. Though I do know a pretty good crew that tends to get the job done when set to task. Though they are not cheap." There was a chuckle, "But I might be able to get you a discount, given you prove your worth in both flying this ship and being the face. Since most people don't enjoy Mandalorian Negotiation tactics and I don't think I have the face to pull it off."
"He's searching for you..." Char awoke with a start,  his master's words echoing through his mind.  He always knew this was an inevitability, being  hunted for being a force user.   To be sure, he wasn't sure how he'd made it this far without drawing undue attention, and yet fate has put him on this course. "I can always hope the Inquisitor doesn't know exactly what he is getting into..."  the shistavanen said to himself.  His sleep interrupted for now, he decides to get up and head out to the lounge to procure something to eat. He enters the lounge finding Kes and the newcommer having a discussion, only catching part of the discussion about visiting a shipwright and getting a discount. "Heh, seems I'm not the only one who can't get some sleep" he says before heading over to the meals.

As he sees the Shistavanen step into the lounge area he simply offers a curt nod. His eyes follow the figure from entry until he retrieves his food with a measured gaze..After a brief moment he asks openly to either ... "So whats in Myrkr? .."
"Where I was raised. My mother still lives there and wants to meet my newest vodka. Least I would like Clan Ordo to intercept this ship and we go play house in a brig until they bring me to my home." Nodding to Char, before standing up and hunting for a protein shake. Taking time to fix it and pull spices from their belt pouch to sprinkle onto it. A quick reach up and press as a filter straw popped out.  Taking a moment to think about things. "But it's not a bad place either. My mother lives outside of mando space but maintains the compound there. And there also lives Vornskrs."

As he listens to Kes he rubs his chin and then pipes up with a hint of concern in his voice.. "Woah..wait a minute.. This place is just outside Mandalor sector, Imperial entanglements are a real possibility that close to there..." Looking between the two with a furrowed brow... "This ships transponder, is it tagged wanted? Ya'll flying clean? or do we have to be on our toes when we drop out? I would really like to avoid any misunderstandings...And..further more.. erm.." He realizes Kes is probably armed and calmly gets himself together..leaning back once more in the chair... "Ahem.... Ok, lets do this"...with a smile..

Gets the meal ready and takes a seat, beginning to eat while listening to the exchange. "Imperial Entanglements are a thing anywhere.  Be prepared to show off some of those flying skills of yours.  If it makes you feel any better, I'll ask Garn to pre-calculate an emergency jump if we encounter anything out of the ordinary.  Also, we will be doing our best to avoid Imperials in general."  The shistavanen relaxes a moment, "By the way my name is Char if I didn't introduce myself earlier.  I'd be interested in hearing more about your background if you don't mind."
"We'll.. " He says collecting his thoughts. "Born and bred Corellian through and through, grew up under the growl of engines and if i didn't say so before,  I'm a damn good pilot." smiling to himself faintly.. " I know my ships and how to make em move... It just came to me naturally, so been doing it all my life. Got lost of practice dodging imperial patrols smuggling medical supplies around Goorla. Eventually have to move on as things can go side ways when living that way, if ya catch my drift" Shifting in the seat... "Think i still gots me' a family on Corellia, haven seen em in almost 10 years.. " waves a dismissive hand "but that's another life.. " lookng across at the two with almost a self questioning look.
There was a chuckle from Kes, "That's not Mandolorian space. My mother likes living her own path. About the only think you should worry about is her getting done enough to send a fleet of ships and on planet side the Vornskrs." There was a side glance under their helm to  Char before their attention was back on Ka'el. "Never did understand people's infatuation with ships. Its a tool nothing more, nothing less."

Hi. I was going to post this in Discord, but it is rather long. I spoke with Jon last night on accelerating getting the ship from Tansarii Point Station to Nar Shaddaa so that we can get Leo and Bradly’s characters into the story as quickly as possible. From the collective feedback from Jon, Ze, and Scott, it sounds like the party would like to repair the total 6 points of hull damage from the asteroid field impact and moon base cannon. If Char does the work himself (perhaps with a little assistance from Kes and Ka’el), repairing the hull damage will cost 2,000 credits for parts and use of a crane for heavy lifting and take two days on Tansarii Point Station. I assume there are plenty of ship funds to cover the repair cost. Some questions: 1) Would Kes and Ka’el do anything in particular while Char is repairing the hull? On Tansarii Point Station there is a decent cantina called The Proud Pearl, an “Atrium” on the top floor of the station with a garden and some wildlife, a droid repair facility in one of the lower levels, and an older Cathar male who for a fee teaches how to brawl/melee/shoot. Otherwise, the rest of the station has hangars and storage areas. Most of the station’s population seem to be transient freighter crews, smugglers, mercenaries, and perhaps some pirates. A Twi’ek female is the stationmaster. 2) Is a message and perhaps credits sent to Shoola the Hutt at all? You figure you owe Shoola possibly as much 8,000 credits (4K Port Tooga hangar repair, 1K fine, 3K for ship provisions). Shoola agreed to pay you 25K to investigate the coordinates less 5K for the hangar repair and fine. It’s unknown given the state of Port Tooga when you left it if the Hutt figures you owe anything more than 5K and information on the coordinates. If you send the Hutt the information, theoretically the Hutt may wire you 20K. The Hutt may be expecting you to return to Port Tooga and present the coordinates information in person. You have contact information for Sarra, Shoola’s majordomo. 3) Anything else you may want to buy on Tansarii Point Station? I think there was some talk of getting a fake transponder at one point for example. Depending on what Char/Ze/Ka’el decide on the questions above, I’d like to include some of that in the session 24 opening crawler and start the session with the Royal Gambit exiting hyperspace and nearing Nar Shaddaa.

Ka'els actions: First thing is Ka'el will ensure Char has what he needs to enact repairs on the ship, even going so far to make sure the food vat is stocked with plenty of Bloo Milk!. The next thing is while on Tansarii Point Ka'el witl sync his mercantile datapad  with the stations available shipments looking for oddites and or stuff he knows he can make a good credit from, hes trying to fill the cargo hold so our jump make us pocket money.   Finaly once Char is set and working and hes satisfied regarding possible cargos to pickup he will relax. Ka'el will go look for Ze if shes not busy wrecking some poor dock worker, and ask if she wants to join him at the cantina for a drink. Clearly Ka'el is looking to go actually look for a sabbak or cube table and lets ze know this by rolling his chance cubes between his fingers. He knows that a Mando at a bar on his tab is awesome insurance just in case he gets "a bad feeling about this".... :)
From your searches for cargo hauls, you found the following possibilities: Sealed fake wood flooring on pallets to be delivered to Nar Shaddaa’s spaceport – net 10K credits upon delivery after taxes and fees High end blaster rifles in metal security crates to be delivered to Nar Shaddaa’s spaceport – net 15K credits upon delivery. There are no legal permits to haul the crates. If intercepted by the Empire, it could cause problems such as prison time. Fresh fish in cooled plastic crates to be delivered to the Wheel – net 20K credits upon delivery. This is an expedited delivery that must get to the Wheel within 5 days or no net pay. The cooling system to preserve the fish has a design flaw and is known to occasionally fail. Any spoilage would be deducted from your net pay. Dellalt seaweed in cooled plastic crates to be delivered to Nar Shaddaa’s restricted area – net 35K upon delivery. Uses the same cooling system as #3. Any spoilage would be deducted from your net pay. In the Proud Pearl Cantina there’s a table where a few beings are getting up with dejected looks or anger on their faces. Seated alone at the table is a green-skinned humanoid female with black hair pulled back in a tight long braid. She is dressed in a dapper pink suit and wears fashionable eyewear. You can see a blaster in a holster attached to her right calf. She has a pile of credits on the table next to her that you are guessing totals about 10K. She is shuffling with flair a deck of sabacc cards and asks passersbys if they care to play 100 credit stakes or have their fortunes read for 40 credits.
During Char's downtime from repairing the ship, and the hyperspace travel to and from the station, Char will begin reverse engineering the powered armor he obtained. Char would suggest that we contact Shoola's majordomo, apologize for not being able to make the drop of the information in person as we need to extricate some friends from being kidnapped, and offer to let all outstanding debts be settled with the information along with any arms/armor/ and the droid left at the shop on Port Tooga, as we no longer have a need for it (something about there being a good chance we won't be coming back from where we need to go to save them).  We will make sure to send the information encrypted and initiate this call routed through half a dozen hubs before reaching Port Tooga. (Char will make any necessary computers check, with assistance from Ka'el).    Char would recommend purchasing not a fake transponder, but a transponder generator for the ship, if available, if not fake transponder.  Most of the other stuff Char would want will probably have to be searched for on Nar Shadaa.

At this point, let's just chat about these items for a few minutes at the beginning of the session before you are fast forwarded to Nar Shaddaa (2 days for 2,000 credits repair on the station, trip to Nar Shaddaa will take 7 days). If you are taking a cargo hauling job, let me know which one. I'm going to assume you will contact Shoola's majordomo as Char suggested before leaving the station, that would be 8,000 credits to Shoola plus the coordinates info and the shop/inventory/shop droid deeds, unless you have something different in mind. You don't find a ship transponder generator for sale, but you do find a few fake ship transponders for sale at 2,000 credits each (keep in mind that these are illegal to have, particularly to the Empire): Luckless Rascal: Independent freighter - Registered to Coruscant Nebula's Wake: Cloud Express shipping company freighter - Cloud City, Bespin The Salute: Mercenary group - Registered to Centares Rolling Thunder: Bounty Hunter's Guild ship - Registered to Ord Mantell

Ka'el eyes the cargo loads and with a wink and a nod, choses load #2.. Weapons. If no one objects he loads them on the ship, the ship has 140 Enc of cargo space. (Blaster Rifles are 4 each) We can carry 35 Blaster rifles(or 7 crates of 5 each) As for the transponder, Ka'el votes for the, Nebulas Wake. Its an outer rim registration to a low key group. Merc or Hunters regs may draw unwanted scrutiny since they will definetly have weapons onboard. (lol..wink). The coruscant reg is probably a one shot use, too risky. What does everyone else think? And as for the Sucker .. i mean..Ka'el takes a seat with the aluring cold blooded woman (what seems to be a Falleen)  setting his credit chip on the table allowing 3000 of his personal funds to be scanned into play. He offers a tip of his head in greetings eagerly awaiting the first hand to be dealt...
The woman with sabacc cards smiles warmly and shuffles the deck twice.  "You look like you may know what you're doing....  Let's play for 500 credits on this hand, fella.  Agreed?"  She then places the deck in front of you and nods for you to cut the deck. Decide if you want to cheat or not.  Decide if you will be using any relevant special talents such as from the Gambler tree and indicate so in Roll20's chat log.  If not cheating, roll your Cool plus a single Force die in Roll20. If you decide to cheat, roll either Deception or Skulduggery (depending on how you plan to try and cheat) plus a single Force die in Roll20.  Note: If cheating I'll be upgrading once the opposed roll on the NPC's side of things. I'll then roll opposed to you for the NPC in Roll20. I'll use page 119 in Suns of Fortune's Sabacc Rules to interpret the results.
Ka'el sits calmly, and decides hes going to play strait up, not sure of his opponents skills yet hes keeping it cool. He lights one of his loh sticks and begins to glide the cards in his hand, he raises a brow at the interesting hand. Looking across at the woman he winks...
Bad luck for both you and the green-skinned woman come into play with both of you getting relatively poor hands from the deck that cancel each other's good cards as the net effect.  Her lips twitch in annoyance.  Ka'el feels disheartened at the sight of one of his cards unexpectedly flipping into something detrimental at the end of the hand (suffer 1 strain).  A draw. "Let's try that again," she says sweetly.  "Same stakes of 500 credits."

Ke’el smiles..  “be it far from me to pass on a push... again indeed...” He decides to play strait up once more, looking across the table at the lovely falleen woman  then to the cards as they slide up in front of him...he takes the new deal in hand and frets over his cards....(roll is in chat)
You look at your cards and sigh inwardly.  Luck is still not with you.  However, as the hand is played out it is revealed that your lovely opponent has had far worse luck than you and completely bombs out at the end of the hand ("Ouch!" you think).  She bolts upright from the table, and for a split second you think she is going to reach for a second blaster now revealed that is on her left hip.  You think she is about to accuse you of cheating and point a modified heavy blaster in your face, but she seems to think better of it (perhaps remembering the Mandalorian she has seen you walking around with on the station some).  Instead, she flings the 500 credits across the table at you, collects her other credits on the table, and stomps out of the cantina.  After she is out of sight, some of the cantina patrons heartily clap in your direction.  One of them says from a nearby table, "Good on you for beating Hellena.  She's had quite the winning streak today."

Looking up at the woman and her facial expression he simply leans back warily as he notices the second blaster, he looks to her face with a raised brow and faint curl of the lip laying on the charm, hoping not to get a point blank blaster to the face. (Talents: Congeneal, Smoothe Talker, Kill em with Kindness). Ka'el watches her leave and waints a breif moment to be sure its not a boomerang walkout and in in order to catch him in the back. Feeling secure that she has truly left he deftly scoops up the credits while offering the obligatory slight cordial nod to the patrons clap. As any good gambler knows some times its best to leave on an upbeat note. He gets up and moves towards the door ...muttering to himself.."Hellena"
1] Training. 2]I would assume so. 3] Not that i know of. and the Nubula name for the ship is fine with me unless we did the bounty hunter's one. Also sorry this is so dang late.
Char seems a bit lost in his thoughts after the incident at the Star Cluster.  It has been quite the struggle not to give in to the dark side after finding Cyrus' body mangled and wipe out the Gank clan that had kidnapped his friend.  The shistavanen thought "Well at least we will be able to give the family some closure."   Char looked over at his new comrades, the Corellian and the Nautolan.  At least he would be able to help one of them get off Nar Shadaa.  He mused that maybe he should get to know them a little better, once they were safely off world and headed elsewhere. They would have to do some shopping first though.  At least the group has a bounty to do that Emroc apparently volunteered Kes for.  While Kes wasn't happy about it, Char figured at least it's more credits, which the group sorely needs.  Speaking of need, Char began to draw up a shopping list mentally: 1 x Credit Cleaner 1 x Transponder Masking System Perhaps Zunn will be able to help procure the items?
