Changing Credit Card

I wanted to change credit cards to my payment method but I did not find a simple button to do it with. So i found an post that said you just need to unsuscribe and then subscribe again. I did that but now I can resubscribe for the year pro account again. But it looks like I can subscribe to other typs like the moth one but I want the year one. Can anyone help me?

To protect your private information when handling matters pertaining to accounts and billing, we will ask that you please directly contact the Roll20 Dev Team by sending an email to team@roll20.net with all relevant information regarding your situation. Sorry, I'm not a Mod, but I think this would help expidate a solution. Cheers

MG16, Vince has the right of it. For the most part all billing matters are handling through email with the devs. As you have already paid for your length of subscription (it shows you are a pro subscriber as of now due to your tag) roll20 will not charge you again till your subscription runs out then it will charge your card for whatever length you have it set for. This means if you are paying monthly then it will not use the new card information till your subscription is about to end and it renews. If you just paid for a year then again it will not use your new card information till the end of your subscription and it renews. Does this help any? Again if you have specific issue with your account subscription, please email the devs at Team@roll20.net and they will help resolve your issue.
