Do all Roll20 Campaigns require use of Discord?

I'm new to Roll20 and looking for a fix to my gaming needs. Both my Pen and Paper, IRL campaigns disbanded after nearly 10 years of consistently playing. I love playing Pathfinder and Mutants & Masterminds... After creating my account with Roll20, I see a few campaign postings that use Discord. I researched Discord and found that it does not work with Windows 10 (64bit). Do I need to look for a specific term to find campaigns that do not use the application "Discord"? Or should I assume that if a DM/GM doesn't post anything on the campaign about using Discord, that they use Skype or another Roll20 application that might work with Windows 10? Thank you for your feedback, Steve

Discord should work fine on Windows 10. Roll20 doesn't dictate which communication method is used so doesn't have a built in way of filtering for it.

FYI: Discord works just fine on Windows 10.

Can also confirm it works fine with my windows 10 64-bit system
I'll echo that Discord can work on Windows. And no, not all games posted on R20 use Discord - I am a player & GM in 2 different games, and we use TeamSpeak. For my game I run, we started with Skype as some players had hardware limitations for TS. We chose TS because of the ease of side-rooms for GM-player chats as well as co-GM confers. At the time I started the game, Discord didn't have them available & I still am not sure of ease-of-use for voice chat. The game I've been a player in, tried Hangouts - but the inability of any of us to figure out how to mute then UNmute other users in channel that had too much background noise, made it unacceptable to most. (Anyone who knows, feel free to drop me a note here or PM).

We just use Skype.
GM's use a varity of voice options. I use hangouts a lot, sometmes the Roll20, sometimes Skype, and some times discord.
Yeah... dunno where you got your information about discord, but as others have pointed out... Windows 10 (64 bit) runs Discord just fine for me. It's a pretty popular voice app due to ease of use with setting up servers and its free. It also works better than Roll20's craptastic implementation of WebRTC right now.
I prefer google hangouts. We do alot of role-playing in our games, so being able to see faces is nice. We generally just turn off the roll20 tools, as most of us run multiple monitors and we like to split the screen out in a seperate screen.

There's a program called vsee that is meant for secure video conferencing between patients and doctors, but they have a free version that anyone can use. It allows you to place the camera feeds anywhere on the screen, floating them above all other windows. Ideally, webrtc would work fine... but we know how frustrating that has been lately.

I like http://appear.in Free for up to 8, and I think the video quality is a bit better than hangouts. Also having persisted urls you can claim is nice!

In a separate window. I prefer the video chat to not take up up screen real estate from the table top, so have it on a separate monitor. Not an option for everyone, I realize. Has a pretty great phone app too, and notification when anyone joins a room you've favorited, so I actually tend to use it to lure my GM to discussions. =D
