what did I do wrong

Computers and I don't play together nicely. I spend most of my time trying to figure out what abbreviations mean. Even once I learn I am still lost. Heck my VCR still blinks 12:00. But I do love DnD. Though to be honest I only play AD&D 2nd edition. and have been since 1973 or there about. I am slowly EVER so slowly learning.(I know longer fear it exploding when I turn it on.) I am trying to create a game. Azalofts mirror. It is a free form game with 37 developed worlds and at last count 107 colonized planets. with countless more unexplored worlds. Here is my current problem. I clicked on the create game button and chose a character sheet. But when I went to the game I could not find the character sheet. What did I do wrong. Hope you all had a good independence day. And as always Happy Gamming Thanks. Mike M. Oh ya and what for heavens sake is a tag?

You need to go to the journal tab and add a new character.  Choosing the sheet at game creation is like picking which character sheet you're going to use in a table top game.  Going to the journal and adding a character is like printing off the character sheet to fill out. A Tag is a small descriptive word or phrase that you can put in the tags field of a handout or character (or graphic in your library) and use later to pull up all of them that have that tag.  You might tag monsters that peek dragonese with "dragonese" so you could quickly filter to just those characters, for example.
thanks The Aaron will try that. and a tag puts everything with the tag in one folder cool thanks again Happy gamming

Re: Tags -- not exactly.  Folders are a separate organizational method.  Probably a better way to think about it is Tags are a collection of traits while folders are a location. To use an analogy: a school has multiple buildings with multiple classrooms; it also has multiple students.  Students can only be in one of the classrooms (School > Building B > Room 103) but many students can have brown hair and blue eyes.
