[LFG] [5e] [GMT+3] [Weekends] New at 5e LFG to join

Hello, I'm looking for a group to join that can run weekly on European friendly times (and preferably not at late night) during the weekends. I have played and DMed for a long time several other systems but never before had the opportunity to try DnD 5e. I don't really like the text only games, I think actually talking with the others is by far a better overall experience. I would prefer a small group of about 4 players plus the DM. I also think it's best if there is a healthy mix of RPing and action without total focus to either or. I certainly want to start as a player, but latter on I could do some DMing my self if that opportunity arises. Right now I want to play some 5e but I'm not opposed to other systems in the future. I think that's about all you need to know for starters, if you can think of anything else, feel free to ask. You can also pm me for skype, google+, discord or whatever other platform you may use to get the group in contact.

It really is pretty hard to find any games at my timezone I guess.

Hi Talsiber, before I get you too excited I have to tell you that I don't have an opening at present. There is hope, however. I am currently running a game and I am thinking of starting another. If I do, I will keep you in mind.

Have you tried the LFG tool? You can tailor the advanced search to find games that would welcome new players and that have the mixture of RP and combat that you are looking for. Some GMs (including myself) do not see the LFG forum in order to pick up player, but rather wait for the tool to do it's job so people can apply. It would boost your chances if you took a look at what the tool has to offer.

Unfortunately the ones I applied to never gave me an answer (I suppose they picked someone else from the dozens of applications. A lot did not fit my schedule and most (surprisingly) seemed to gather too many players for my taste (I don't really enjoy a game with 8 people, it's kind of a chaos).
