Can't purchase membership

I have been paying for membership and this month due to financial reasons I am not able to pay for membership but my players gave me credit for the month. No matter what I do I can't use the credit I even tried using my PayPal which I rather not since I have the credit and I can't seem to pay for the services I enjoy using I've had to cancel 3 games since most of the issues is loading files and file space. And the dynamic lighting which helps speed things up as a dm. I've tried emailing and gotten no response and I got a big event tomorrow I've been planning with my players and I can't get my maps in.
